I’m a former U.S. Army veteran and certified EMT-Paramedic with SWAT Tactical Medic credentials. I have more than 20 years of experience training adults in strength, conditioning, and injury-safe fitness. My studio specializes in private, 1-on-1 personal training for busy men and women over 35 who want results without crowds, classes, or confusion.

Most clients train 3 days per week. This frequency is ideal for strength, muscle building, fat loss, and long-term results. Sessions are efficient, structured, and focused.
