There are plenty of trainers out there. Most can count reps, some can yell, a few can keep people motivated for a little while.
That’s not what Ronin Fitness of Richardson was built for.
I built this place for people who are done wasting time, people who want to get stronger, leaner, harder to break, and more capable… and stay that way.
I’m Lex Ronin, founder of Ronin Fitness of Richardson. I’ve been training clients in Richardson, Texas since 2012, and my background comes from environments where guessing gets people hurt:
- U.S. Army – Active and Guard
- EMT Paramedic – SWAT Medic Certified
- Decades of strength training, competitive bodybuilding, and martial arts cross-training
Just to name a few…
That said, I don’t coach from theory. I coach from experience, structure, and reality. Over the years, I’ve learned that most people don’t need more information, they need a system that works and a coach who knows how to apply it!

None of that has ever interested me.
My philosophy is straightforward:
