Since I will be away for several weeks in Vietnam I have to pack my supps in advance so I thought Id share my stack with ya’ll. Also since I am an Amazon “Asscociate” I might as well pass on the savings.
Natures Blend Protein Tablets Honey Flavor – 200 Tablets
I like to chew on a couple of these while I’m training. It’s only a couple grams of protein and a little honey, but if you’ve graduated to monster sets, it really helps you power through. I sip my pre-workout on the drive to the gym, then refill my big blender bottle with water so I can hydrate and “prime the pump” with a little protein via the pills. I start my post-workout shake halfway through the session—that way, I can drink water with my post-workout meal, since I never like to eat heavy after training. Every gram counts.

Specimen Full Spectrum High Stimulant Pre-Workout Powder
One of the few pre-workouts you can use consistently and still feel the kick. I hate the new packaging, but no matter—this is my go-to “go-go juice.” Wish they’d bring back the Sci-Fci label though, ha.

Animal Daily Greens Pill Packs – Kale, Wheat Grass, Alfalfa & More (Prebiotic and Probiotic)
I don’t consider fruits and vegetables as crucial as we were all led to believe. However, the medicinal effects are beyond question. No normal person is going to eat a dozen servings of greens, so thankfully we have supps to cover what we miss. This one is great for your gut flora—which is helpful, since all that animal protein needs a little help to digest.

Centrum Multivitamin for Men
Of course, you should get everything from whole food. But that’s often impossible—especially if you train hard. A regular multivitamin is all you need. I use Centrum because that and Flintstones were all there was back in the day, so I defaulted to habit. They’re all pretty much the same.

Solgar Gentle Iron / Red Blood Cell Supplement
Iron is the hardest nutrient to get enough of—even with regular supps. This is one of the few single vitamins I use.

Isopure Zero Carb Whey Isolate Protein Powder
I used to avoid protein drinks—they’ve always been about weight gain. Even the weight-loss shakes are basically gainers. Then Isopure dropped this monster. Stacking this with liver tabs and a protein-heavy diet lets me hit 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. That’s ’80s-era insanity.
Pro tip: Use 4 scoops instead of 2. It tastes way better and gives you 100 grams of protein in one shot. Thank me later.

Universal 100% Beef Aminos Tablets
Bodybuilders have been using these since the 1940s. Don’t read the label—some guys used to take up to 50 a day! I take 20: just 3–5 per meal or snack. Easy peasy.
