This is one of only two protein powders I’ll ever touch—and the only one I actually drink (I use collagen in my food).
Literally every single person who walks through my doors asks,
“What protein powder should I use?”
Up until this year, my answer has always been:
“Nothing.”
With a few small exceptions, my rule of thumb has always been to avoid liquid calories as much as possible—
unless you’re on a bulk cycle, in which case: drink all the shakes you want.
This one, however, is different.
- One scoop = 25g protein, 1g carb
- Light texture—you can use 4 scoops and it’s still palatable
- 4 scoops = 100 freaking grams of protein in one shot
Have one of these after your workout and you’ll have zero trouble hitting 1 gram of protein per pound of ideal bodyweight.
Stack it with liver tablets at each meal and you’re in the sweet spot:
1.5–2 grams per pound, no problem.
